Cambridge Engineering EVP, Marc Braun, spoke at the U.S. Department of Energy’s Better Buildings Summit May 7, 2014, in Washington, D.C. Braun’s panel discussion on “Advanced Solutions for Packaged HVAC” reflects the DOE’s intent to spotlight, share and acknowledge best practices and HVAC products across many industry sectors.
Cambridge Engineering manufactures ultra-high efficiency space heaters for safe and efficient heating and ventilation of commercial and industrial spaces. Designed with the needs of building owners and tenants in mind, Cambridge products utilize patented technologies and are documented to achieve 40-70% energy savings over other heating applications. Many of these products also qualify for additional energy rebates through local utility providers throughout North America, providing an even quicker return on investment.
Said Mr. Braun, “It’s an honor that Cambridge Engineering was asked to speak at this prestigious event. We look forward to discussing how high efficiency unit heater replacement technologies provided by Cambridge and other high efficiency manufacturers are low hanging fruit for commercial building owners to meet their aggressive energy reduction goals. Many of the organizations at the summit will have already committed to major energy reduction efforts and are simply looking for the most cost effective technologies to deploy, which is right where we fit. Coupling this with the ever increasing indoor air quality standards means there is a real challenge requiring innovative HVAC solutions.”
The three-day symposium will be held Wednesday, May 7 through Friday, May 9 at the Washington Hilton Hotel in the heart of the nation’s capital. Better Buildings Summit sessions focus on the following high-impact areas:
Sharing Innovative Energy Best Practices
Providing Methods To Simplify Energy Efficiency Investment For High ROI
Discussing High Impact Technologies
Building Collaborations and Partnerships
