Lucid and PowerWise Systems announced a partnership to bring circuit-level and equipment-level monitoring technologies to Lucid’s BuildingOS platform. Lucid customers can now easily connect PowerWise electrical monitoring and inDAC sensor modules with BuildingOS to track building performance, assess the ROI of building equipment, and make informed decisions about building operations.
“Knowing the performance, impact, and efficiency of building systems has never been more important,” says Ray Toothaker, COO of PowerWise Systems. “Our partnership with Lucid empowers building owners and occupants by making energy consumption information easily accessible, cost-effective, and flexible. Plus, circuit-level monitoring gives clear insight into equipment costs and use.”
Advanced data acquisition tools found in BuildingOS allow users to minimize time spent collecting information and focus their efforts on identifying savings opportunities, increasing behavioral and operational efficiency, and tracking improvements across entire portfolios of buildings.
“PowerWise has developed an impressive sub-metering solution that our customers can now integrate with a click of a button,” says Lucid CEO Vladi Shunturov. “We are committed to bringing best-in-class monitoring technologies to our customers and offering seamless, instant integration capabilities.”
PowerWise Systems provides a complete lineup of hardware for monitoring circuit-level electricity, gas, water use and storage, renewable production, CO2, boilers, heating systems, solar thermal and more.
