VERSATEX Trimboard now offers a true 1 1/2-inch-thick, single-extruded, cellular PVC sheet with the launch of VERSATEX MAX.
A full 1/4-inch thicker than any other product on the market, VERSATEX MAX is available in nominal 48-inch widths and four standard lengths: 8, 12, 16 and 18 feet. Additionally, VERSATEX MAX sheets feature the same tight cell structure, density, core consistency and +/- 1/32 inch thickness tolerance found in all other VERSATEX products.
This breakthrough technology is designed to save millwork shops and OEMs valuable time and money by eliminating, or greatly reducing, lamination steps during fabrication. It is ideal for custom mouldings, rail systems, pergolas, corbels or other decorative elements that require thicker cellular PVC.
VERSATEX Trimboard is manufactured by Wolfpac Technologies of Pittsburgh, whose facility produces cellular PVC extrusion products such as VERSATEX trimboards, sheet, bead board, mouldings and prefabricated corners, and the VERSATEX soffit system.
