A natural collaborator, Katelyn Chapin’s background in art and gift of communication make her invaluable to Svigals + Partners’ process of client engagement, facilitating discussion and documenting the design process. Chapin now sees herself as an “ambassador for the profession,” which drives her beyond her aptitude for client interaction into mentoring. Within the office she’s known for encouraging interns to participate in networking events, and as a KidsBuild! coordinator she relishes working with school-age children who show an interest in architecture.
