CENTRIA Named Top Workplace

CENTRIA, a designer, developer and manufacturer of architectural metal wall and roof systems, was recently honored as one of the Top Workplaces in the region for 2012 by the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette.

The list recognizes CENTRIA as a premier employer in the Pittsburgh region. Companies were evaluated on a variety of factors, including leadership, career development and communication. The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette evaluated more than 140 companies and surveyed more than 22,000 employees as part of November’s Top Workplaces special section.

“Here at CENTRIA, we pride ourselves on our commitment to excellence, teamwork and open employee communication,” says CENTRIA’s Rob Leighton, director of Human Resources. “We value and respect our team members because they’re what really make this company such a great place to work, as well as being critical to delivering outstanding products and service to our customers. We truly appreciate our team members in western Pennsylvania who responded so positively to the survey questions. We are proud and honored to have received such recognition.”

For more than 100 years, CENTRIA has been engineering, innovating and developing the world’s most advanced building envelope systems with a commitment to continuous quality improvement and the pursuit of excellence. One of the main reasons for this success and this honor are the dedicated, motivated and imaginative CENTRIA employees.
