Tremco Roofing and Building Maintenance has released its AlphaGuard MT, a roofing and waterproofing system for use on new construction and almost any roof restoration or replacement. The single-component, fully reinforced, aliphatic polyurethane, moisture-triggered roofing system is composed of a base coat, reinforced with a glass mat for durability, and a white, reflective top coat. Both coats are applied with rollers, and the top coat can be tinted to aesthetically match a building’s other roof levels.
