Enlighted Inc., a provider of Internet of Things (IoT) solutions for commercial buildings, announces the addition of four executives to the team: Gaile Gordon, Ian Larson, Eamonn Hughes and Ulrich Wenz.
“With exponential growth expected this year, we absolutely need the support of the brightest minds in the industry,” says Enlighted CEO Joe Costello. “These executives are proven forward-thinking leaders in tech, who are dedicated to bringing the most advanced solutions to the marketplace.”
Gaile Gordon, Ph.D., joins the team as a senior director of technology. With a doctorate in computer science from Harvard University, and more than 25 years of experience in computer vision related research and design (R&D), and product development, Gordon has a proven track record transitioning technology from R&D to production. She was a cofounder of TYZX Inc., which was acquired by Intel in 2012 for its renowned 3D cameras and image analysis applications. Gordon will be a key player in ensuring that Enlighted’s sensors continue to be the most advanced in the industry.
Ian Larson comes to Enlighted with more than 20 years experience in complex project implementations. As a vice president of program management and customer service, he will oversee all installations and ensure customer satisfaction. Prior to joining Enlighted, Larson managed an office for a large tech and tenant improvement (TI)-based general contractor, managed a complex data based device for the aesthetics industry and managed numerous biologic, medical device and capital projects for the pharmaceutical industry. He is also a board member of a biologics contract research organization (CRO) and past president of the San Francisco Bay Area chapter of the International Society for Pharmaceutical Engineering (ISPE).
Eamonn Hughes has been appointed area vice president in Enlighted’s Northern European territory. Hughes will lead the sales, services and partnering efforts for the United Kingdom, Ireland and adjacent countries. Prior to joining Enlighted, Hughes served as the U.K. and Ireland country manager for Teradata.
Ulrich Wenz will serve as the area vice president in Central Europe, responsible for the adoption of IoT solutions in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. He most recently served as a general manager for EMC’s Information Intelligence Group.
Both Eamonn and Ulrich have years of experience in selling multi-million dollar projects at the C-level, and will be key players in the international expansion of Enlighted in Europe.
