Armstrong’s MetalWorks Concealed ceilings
New MetalWorks Concealed ceilings feature a narrow 1/4-inch reveal and install easily on standard 15/16-inch suspension systems. The hook-on panels also provide safe and secure downward accessibility.
Ideal for use in a variety of applications, including office, education, hospitality, retail and transportation, the panels can be used to create a continuous ceiling look or a “floating” look when installed in a ceiling cloud with matching perimeter trim.
MetalWorks Concealed ceiling panels are offered in three standard factory-applied, powder-coated finishes—White, Silver Grey and Gun Metal Grey—and five sizes—2 by 8 feet, 2 by 10 feet, 4 by 4 feet, 4 by 8 feet and 4 by 10 feet. Custom finishes are also available. They are also offered either perforated or unperforated. Perforated panels have a Noise Reduction Coefficient (NRC) of 0.80 to provide excellent acoustical performance. An even higher NRC of 0.95 can be achieved through the use an acoustic infill behind the perforated panels.
Made from durable, lightweight aluminum for easier handling, the panels contain 85 percent recycled content and are seismic tested and approved.
