LG Electronics USA Inc. Air Conditioning Systems division is amplifying its distribution network for its innovative air conditioning solutions across six western states through a new alliance with HVAC marketer and distributer Baker Distributing Co.
More than 30 Baker locations will sell LG’s product line in California, Arizona, Nevada, Utah, New Mexico and Texas. With more than 65 years of business experience in the HVAC industry, Baker will help assure that LG’s broad range of residential and light commercial products are marketed to contractors, architects and engineers seeking the latest HVAC innovations for its clients.
“This new partnership will allow us to provide LG with the quality service and recognition its air conditioning systems deserve,” says Pete Thrash, president of the Baker Distributing western region. “We employ the most customer-service-oriented people who maintain essential knowledge of the HVAC industry that can move these products forward.”
LG’s home comfort solutions and light commercial systems are designed to drive efficiency, performance and comfort, allowing building owners or homeowners to cool or heat their entire space while reducing energy costs. With LG’s technology, Baker will sell the benefits of LG duct-free and PTAC systems to contractors, including easier maintenance and installation.
“As we continue to design new HVAC systems incorporating the industry’s most advanced technology, it’s important we enhance our distribution network in order to drive product awareness and cater to demand in key markets,” says Dale Fields, director of distribution sales, LG Electronics USA Air Conditioning Systems. “Baker maintains a trusted network that we’re confident will be extremely effective in further enhancing our growth in the region.”
