Light Efficient Design Is Ranked on 2017 Inc 5000 List

Light Efficient Design has announced that it is ranked #1355 on the 2017 Inc 5000, a listing of the nation’s fastest-growing private companies.

In making the list a fourth time, Light Efficient Design reached a milestone that few companies achieve. Eric Schurenberg, president and editor in chief of Inc Media notes that only one in ten companies that have been ranked on the list have gone on to make the list four times. “This is an accomplishment,” Schurenberg says. 

The listing also notes that Light Efficient Design, which is ranked 24 among manufacturing companies on the Inc 5000, had revenues of $37.4 million in 2016 and a three-year growth rate of 301 percent.

Taylor notes that Light Efficient Design has created a broad product line and continues to innovate. In 2017, the company introduced the 3 Series of LED technologies that helps customers find retrofit solutions for any commercial application. 

The 2017 Inc 5000 list can be found online. Companies that made the 2017 Inc 5000 list grew, on average, over sixfold since 2013, during a stretch of time when the economy grew just 6.7 percent.
