SnapCount, a lighting and energy retrofit software platform for ESCOs and retrofit contractors, has released a new user interface called the Ion Experience. Ion will deliver a new look and improved navigation making the power of SnapCount available to more workers in more places, enabling users to win more retrofit project opportunities with streamlined workflows.
As an initial step of an evolution to a more comprehensive energy-efficiency platform, the Ion Experience includes usability and aesthetic upgrades, including streamlined lighting retrofit project workflows, revised navigation, and easier onboarding for new users. With the core functionality still in place, Ion will also improve how retrofitters interact with their supply chain in sourcing critical labor and materials.
The new navigational layout makes the platform easier to use while the introduction of “sales projects” and the status ribbon enables users to breeze through a project. The Ion release comes at the perfect time as the world climbs out of the pandemic-related slowdown and gears up for explosive growth in the retrofit industry.
