MaxLite Launches 10-year Warranty Coverage Service Program

MaxLite has announced the launch of WarrantyMax, a service program that gives lighting customers an automatic 10-year warranty coverage on most commercial and industrial LED fixtures.

This initiative provides MaxLite customers with the highest levels of quality assurance and value across a range of commercial and industrial indoor and outdoor fixtures. The WarrantyMax program offers automatic coverage – no registration or minimum product purchase required – with longer product operating hours and a wider ambient temperature range.

The 10-year warranty covers materials and workmanship from the earlier of the actual installation date or 90 days after the original date of purchase from a MaxLite authorized distributor/dealer. Products with a 10-year warranty also qualify for a $25 labor allowance per unit. Extended coverage is available for products with a 5-year warranty, or those with operating hours or temperatures that exceed the range covered under the standard warranty, but fall within the minimum and maximum temperatures listed for the product.
