Multi-slide Door System Allows for Stackable or Pocketed Configurations

Panda Windows and Doors Inc., a manufacturing company that designs, develops, produces, and distributes state-of-the-art custom made window and door systems for the luxury market, is releasing a multi-slide product line called PandaSelect.

PandaSelect was developed in response to home builders’ requests for contemporary in-line sliding door solutions that excel in quality and aesthetics at high-volume-based prices. With four different frame material choices, PandaSelect multi-slides complement any architectural style helping design professionals meet the design goals, performance criteria and budgetary constraints of their projects.

Featuring monumental panels with frame heights up to 10 feet tall and widths up to 5 feet wide, the PandaSelect multi-slide door system allows for stackable or pocketed configurations with a maximum of five panels per side. Its ultra-thin 3 3/16-inch stile and rail profile creates a stunning glass façade that maximizes the views of the outdoors, and acts as a barrier between the outside climate and the interior living space. The new collection is offered in aluminum and aluminum-wood clad frames. Both frame options can be thermally broken by a 24-millimeter polyamide insulation bar to reduce thermal conduction in locations with extreme weather conditions. Six standard AAMA-2604 compliant powder-coat finishes are readily available. In-stock wood species include Pine, Poplar and Douglas Fir.
