OMG Roofing Products, a supplier of two-part polyurethane foam insulation adhesives for commercial roofing applications, has made available its OMG PCPreserver, a non-hazardous, long-term storage product for use with OMG’s patented PaceCart 2 dispensing equipment.
OMG PCPreserver is designed with dual functionality. First, it is used to flush OlyBond500 adhesive residue from PaceCarts before they are put into storage. Second, it is designed to keep PaceCart pumps, hoses and the gun assembly sufficiently lubricated during periods of extended storage.
The new PCPreserver can be used on the Part 1 and Part 2 sides of the PaceCart. The product comes packaged in convenient 1-gallon bag-in-box containers that feature a snap-in-place nozzle for easy connection to the PaceCart. One gallon per side will be sufficient to completely flush and store one PaceCart.
PCPreserver is an easier, safer and non-hazardous option for preparing a PaceCart equipment for storage. Additionally, it’s better for the environment and easier to dispose than harsh solvents or hazardous chemicals. Always dispose in accordance with local, state and federal regulations.
