Online Data Management Tool, eProject Builder, Receives R&D 100 Award

eProject Builder, (ePB), is an online data management tool used by energy service companies in their efforts to improve the nation’s building infrastructure.  The success of the platform has been recognized, as it received a 2018 R&D 100 Award.  ePB is a web-based system that assists in the development of a savings and cost profile for building improvement projects, with a focus on energy efficiency. ePB is a service developed and maintained by Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory on behalf of the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), and is used in the accreditation process for energy service companies by the National Association of Energy Service Companies’ (NAESCO). 

NAESCO Executive Director, Timothy Unruh says, “eProject Builder has transformed the accreditation process for NAESCO, and will help drive continued improvements in our nation’s building infrastructure. I am pleased eProject Builder has been recognized by the R&D 100 Awards.”
