The Challenged Athletes Foundation’s (CAF’s) mission is to provide opportunities and support to people with physical disabilities, so they can pursue active lifestyles through physical fitness and competitive athletics. CAF believes involvement in sports at any level increases self-esteem, encourages independence and enhances quality of life.

Unfortunately, its structure was a non-descript cookie-cutter office building, much like the surrounding industrial park where it was located. The exterior and interior were renovated to create a bold identity inspired by the athletes the foundation serves. Natural light is a key part of the interior space, enhancing the dynamic colors and helping to inspire everyone who works and trains there.
