With the introduction of the Restoration Millwork cellular PVC exterior InvisiPro hidden fastening system, CertainTeed makes the neat installation of complementary exterior trim easier than ever before. The new InvisiPro products include a One-Piece Corner System and Three-Piece Trimboard system featuring a choice of TrueTexture woodgrain and smooth finishes. The grooved millwork design features precision-fit, concealed flanges that secures directly to the wall for a face nail-free, secure fit with no holes to fill. Part of the INhanced Trim Line, the new decorative, high performance components speed installation, and the authentic finishes create a natural wood appearance for stunning curb appeal.
The One-Piece Corner System with grooved millwork precision fits to flanges secured directly to the wall with screws, eliminating the need to face-nail trim elements. The flange is concealed, leaving only smooth installation. Corners can also still be installed traditionally, if desired. The corner system is available with or without a J-Pocket in TrueTexture and Smooth finishes, and comes in four sizes.
The InvisiPro Trimboard System helps finish windows, doors and other openings more quickly and neatly. The Trimboard and J-Pocket Trimboard with grooved design are available in TrueTexture and Smooth finishes and come in two sizes. In addition, grooves are sized to fit the molded protrusions on the starter and nail hem flanges and provide hidden attachment points for trim pieces — eliminating the need to fill nail holes.
Restoration Millwork is the first and only PVC exterior trim to be covered by an independent life cycle assessment (LCA), providing third-party verification of the product’s sustainability from cradle to grave. Restoration Millwork has also recently achieved GreenCircle Certified, LLC certification for Recycled Content, enhancing the sustainable appeal of the product line. With 21 percent recycled content, it is the only cellular PVC trim on the market to incorporate post-consumer recycled material, which further diverts usable material from being landfilled.
