Quality Craft has announced the opening of its U.S. Support Center in Romeoville, Ill., on Oct. 24.
“We continue our pursuit to offer world-class service to our customers by centralizing our U.S. Support Center,” says Dennis Hale, president of Quality Craft. “The new facility will allow Quality Craft to significantly improve operational efficiencies while becoming the global hub for our product development and marketing efforts.”
Among its many uses, the new building will also act as Quality Craft’s primary U.S. fulfillment center, where all domestic shipments, eCommerce and consumer service activities will take place in addition to containing its primary product showroom.
Hale expressed his personal excitement over the opportunity the new facility will provide for its Montezuma, Blue Sky and Admira brands, and future opportunities, “As we continue to strategically grow our brand portfolio, the location positions us perfectly to support the ever-changing North American consumer goods marketplace.”
At an official ribbon-cutting ceremony held on Thursday, Oct. 24, members of the Quality Craft team were joined by John Noak, Mayor of Romeoville, the Romeoville High School Marching Spartan Drumline and members of the Romeoville community.
