Remote Management System Provides Remote Pump Access, Control

The Grundfos Remote Management system (GRM) provides facility managers and engineers remote access and control to data and alarms from pumps, controllers, and auxiliary equipment such as sensors and meters. The internet-based remote management system saves time and cost by reducing the need for onsite inspection and is designed for pump installations in various water infrastructure and commercial applications.

The interface provides an overview of system operation, including energy consumption, and performance. Scheduling capabilities help streamline maintenance work and plan who will respond to alarms.

GRM employs the CIU501 communication interface, which enables data transmission via a 3G/4G smart phone or internet connection for Grundfos pumps and controls. In the event of a system alarm, relevant contacts are notified directly via text message and/or email alerts.
