Centria has incorporated the Formawall PE Seal Plate into its integrated Smart-R Wall Solution, adding multiple layers of defense against moisture intrusion. The addition also allows for inspection of the air seal from the interior. The seal plate, which is pressure-equalized, includes a vertical gasket, pressure-equalized drain cavity, and non-curing butyl seal to protect against air and moisture intrusion.
