Duo-Gard has expanded its line of Maximizer skylights with the addition of dome and pyramid units. Both have a variety of applications for retrofit and new construction.
Maximizer Unit Skylights integrate technologies for performance in energy efficiency, light distribution and heat transmission.
These units feature single or double-glazed options in acrylic and polycarbonate, plus thermally broken curb-mount aluminum frames. An optional insert of multi-wall polycarbonate is available to enhance energy efficiency. Lumira Aerogel translucent insulation can also be added. Other options include OSHA-compliant fall protection and security grilles. The products have received Miami-Dade County approval. All Maximizer units ship fully assembled, ready to install.
The units join previously introduced Maximizer skylights in custom and standard shapes of pyramid, ridge/hip, single-slope and curved.
