Spray Foam Insulation Manufacturer Appoints Sarvary as President and CEO

Spray foam insulation manufacturer, Icynene, has announced the appointment of Mark Sarvary as president and CEO. Sarvary will continue to be Icynene chairman of the board and takes over from Howard Deck who stepped down from the role of CEO. Deck remains on the board of Icynene.

“We want to take the opportunity to thank Howard for his contributions to Icynene and we are pleased that he has agreed to continue to contribute to its success as a board member,” says Greg Long, lead director and partner at FFL Partners.

Sarvary brings experience to the position. He was president and CEO of Tempur Sealy. During his tenure at Tempur Sealy, shareholder value grew from $700 million to $3.7 billion, and sales from less than $1 billion to $3 billion. From 2002 to 2007, Sarvary was EVP and president of Campbell’s Soup North American Division and from 1999 to 2002, was CEO of fashion brand J. Crew.
