Larson Electronics LLC has released an adjustable pole-mounted telescoping LED light that features four predrilled holes for mounting and outdoor use approval.
The TPM-LEDBLT-18W-25 is an industrial LED light with a telescoping pole that can be adjusted from 3 to 8.5 feet, allowing the light head to be raised to a height that produces the right amount of light spread needed for any given application. The LED light at the top of the adjustable pole mount is offered in a 25 degree spot beam for focused spotlight, and a 60 degree flood beam for a more diffused wide-angle beam. A cool white light output with a color temperature of 5000k and a color rendering index of 85 provides the illumination, making this light an ideal replacement for older incandescent and halogen lamps.
This telescoping LED light also features a variety of industrial grade structural characteristics. The adjustable pole features a pneumatic braking system preventing unexpected or sudden collapsing, so if an operator chooses to mount heavier fixtures, they pole will slide down slowly when locking tabs are released. The light housing is constructed with machined aluminum and is powder coated for resistance to corrosion. It is also IP65 rated, protecting the structure from the intrusion of oils or water, even when sprayed at the unit. Additionally, the Cree LED used in this fixture has an impact resistant polycarbonate lens. This design is weather resistant, and suitable for indoor or outdoor applications, including wet conditions.
