The AZEK Co. Appoints Sallie Bailey to Its Board of Directors

The AZEK Co. has announced the appointment of Sallie Bailey to its board of directors and chair of its audit committee. 

Bailey served as executive vice president and chief financial officer of Louisiana-Pacific Corp., a manufacturer of engineered wood building products for residential, industrial and light commercial construction, until her retirement in July 2018. Prior to joining Louisiana-Pacific, she served as vice president and chief financial officer of Ferro Corp. Bailey has also held various senior management positions of increasing responsibility with The Timken Co., including senior vice president, Finance and Controller.

Bailey serves on the board of Harris Corp. She holds an MBA in finance and accounting from the University of Chicago and a BA from Wellesley College in economics and German.
