Bostik Inc.’s Dimension RapidCure Glass-Filled, Pre-Mixed, Urethane Grout
Dimension RapidCure offers lifetime stain and superior crack resistance. Created with urethane sealer technology, it never needs to be sealed. Dimension RapidCure also installs up to 50 percent faster than traditional grouts. High-performing and crack-resistant, it contains Bostik’s Blockade antimicrobial protection which inhibits growth of bacteria, mold and mildew on the cured grout surface and resists ugly stains caused by mold.
Dimension RapidCure used together with Bostik Glass-Mate glass tile mortar, offers today’s most complete system for glass tile installation. Engineered to mitigate thermal expansion and contraction inherent to glass tile, this results in significantly less tile or grout cracking due to severe temperature fluctuations.
A very “green” product, Dimension RapidCure is being specified by architects and designers seeking U.S. Green Building Council LEED certification for their projects. It contains 60 percent pre-consumer recycled glass, and is manufactured within the LEED-approved radius of 500 miles or less from a great percentage of the U.S. population, further adding to the LEED scorecard.
Available in 9- and 18-pound pails and the following colors: Amber, Aquamarine, Aventurine, Bronze, Citrine, Copper, Diamond, Hematite, Jade, Moonstone, Onyx, Opal, Palm Wood, Silver and Topaz. It also performs at optimal levels for all tile installations, including those where natural stone and metal are being used.
