With updated technology, more styling options and better performance that exceeds some of the most stringent industry standards, JELD-WEN’s newly enhanced Premium Vinyl window line has a lot for homeowners and builders to love.

JELD-WEN’s Premium Vinyl window line brings together European engineering and platform enhancements to reduce water and air infiltration, improve thermal efficiencies and boost responsible material use. The enhanced frame includes a “no weep” design on operating units. These advancements allow JELD-WEN Premium Vinyl windows to deliver increased performance grade (PG) ratings for air leakage, water penetration, design pressure, structural test pressure, and operating force. Thanks to a continuous head and sill configuration, JELD-WEN also offers increased sizes and ratings on multiple configuration units.

These windows also feature the latest glass glazing technology to achieve high efficiency, meeting ENERGY STAR energy efficiency standards, including the Department of Energy Most Efficient rating without the need for krypton-filled panes. Technology goes further with the use of recycled material (up to 15 percent), JELD-WEN’s Window Opening Control Device (WOCD) option that helps prevent accidental falls by young children, and an ADA-compliant handle option for casement and awning windows.

Strong performance takes center stage with installation as well. OSI, JELD-WEN’s new installation system partner, provides assurance that the installation will be done properly with the OSI QUAD Window & Door System. The system’s methods and components are designed to help solve the problem of moisture penetration and air loss due to improper installation for both new construction and replacement. JELD-WEN offers a limited lifetime warranty on its Premium Vinyl Window line and OSI offers a 15-year warranty on new construction installations done by an OSI-certified installer.

JELD-WEN has paid just as much attention to enhancing its design offerings, with more sizes and configurations available as part of its Premium Vinyl line.
