WaterFurnace International Inc., has created two new executive-level sales positions to better serve customers in the residential and commercial sales channels. Jason Bose has been named vice president commercial sales, and Sean Dillon is the new vice president residential sales. In addition, Bret Ross is the new director of direct to dealer (D2D) sales.
“We are excited to promote Jason, Sean and Bret to these new positions,” says Michael Albertson, senior vice president of sales and marketing. “Altogether, they bring industry experience that will prove invaluable as they oversee their respective sales channels and advance initiatives designed to better serve customers in those channels.”
Bose joined WaterFurnace in 2008 as director of sales engineering. He also served as vice president of product management and customer service before accepting his current position. Bose is a graduate of Oklahoma State University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in electronics and computer technology.
Dillon joined WaterFurnace in 2008 as Northwest territory manager. He then held positions of Western region manager and director of dealer sales before moving into his new role. His background also includes experience with both a contracting business and a geothermal drilling company. Dillon earned a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Washington.
Ross also began his WaterFurnace career in 2008 as a territory manager, bringing with him experience as the owner of a mechanical contracting company. Prior to his current position, he served as region manager. Ross holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Winthrop College.
