The 30,000 square foot facility is a capacity increase from the original 6,000 square foot building and enhances its overall manufacturing capabilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The two-phase renovation included a partition to separate the entrance from the storage areas, while simultaneously providing path guidance for occupants. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.crbinteriors.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"CRB Interiors (opens in a new tab)\">CRB Interiors<\/a> specified an operable Fabricoil partition to sculpt the open space, which proved to be the ideal solution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CRB Interiors specified Cascade Architectural\u2019s Secura Track system, with an operable \u00bd inch -14-gauge aluminum Fabricoil curtain. The curtain was powder-coated in electric lime to match Terso Solutions\u2019 corporate color. The shape of the track was designed to incorporate even more of the company\u2019s character. These design choices were made possible by Cascade\u2019s customization capabilities and ability to provide support with any design, engineering, and specification assistance necessary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fabricoil partitions divide spaces but still allow visibility, and may be customized to achieve an aesthetic that is unachievable with traditional partitions or solid walls. Should the need for more floor space arise, operable track systems like the Cascade Secura Track opens the curtain with ease; ideal for when a clear path is required to move larger items throughout the facility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fabricoil is a material that is ideal for a variety of interior and exterior applications. The metal mesh will not break, chip, or dent if coming into contact with nearby equipment. The construction of coiled wire fabric gives it flexibility in both directions, allowing it to absorb impacts and then return to its original form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fabricoil products also carry Declare labels with the International Living Future Institute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The project team included manufacturer, Cascade Architectural, Tualatin, Ore.; interior designer, CRB Interiors, Madison, Wis.; and construction firm, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.kraemerbrothers.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"Kraemer Brothers (opens in a new tab)\">Kraemer Brothers<\/a>, Plain, Wis..<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cascade Architectural systems are created to deliver design and functional performance for a variety of building applications. <a href=\"https:\/\/cascade-architectural.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"For more information, visit the website.
