{"id":60427,"date":"2020-06-08T10:00:00","date_gmt":"2020-06-08T14:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/retrofitmagazine.com\/?p=60427"},"modified":"2020-06-08T10:01:24","modified_gmt":"2020-06-08T14:01:24","slug":"u-s-marketing-team-wins-three-telly-awards","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/retrofitmagazine.com\/u-s-marketing-team-wins-three-telly-awards\/","title":{"rendered":"U.S. Marketing Team Wins Three Telly Awards"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/us.kebony.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Kebony\u2019s North American<\/a> marketing team received three separate\u00a0<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.tellyawards.com\/\">Telly Awards for 2020<\/a>, according to Kebony U.S. Marketing Director Ben Roberts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All three Tellys, selected from a global base of 13,000+ entrants, were given to Kebony for its Design vs. Build web video series in the following categories:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>Gold for Online Series:\u00a0<\/strong><ul><li><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.tellyawards.com\/winners\/2020\/online\/series-webseries-documentary\/design-vs-build\/233949\/\" target=\"_blank\">Documentary<\/a>\u00a0<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Gold for Branded Content: <\/strong><ul><li><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.tellyawards.com\/winners\/2020\/branded-content\/craft-videography-cinematography\/design-vs-build-the-fulshear-house\/230520\/\" target=\"_blank\">Video\/Cinemetography<\/a><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Silver for Online Series:\u00a0<\/strong><ul><li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tellyawards.com\/winners\/2020\/online\/series-webseries-non-scripted\/design-vs-build\/234151\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Non-Scripted<\/a><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;It&#8217;s such an honor to win in these categories against other incredible digital series and online videos,&#8221; says Roberts, who serves as the host of the series. &#8220;Our goal for Design vs. Build has been to create something of value for the A&amp;D community, and I think the Telly Awards validates all of our hard work.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The awards, now in its 41\u00a0year, is a video and television award competition that honors brands across the world. This year Kebony beat out Bloomberg Media, BBC, and Cond\u00e9 Nast\u00a0in the documentary category. <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.tellyawards.com\/judges\/\" target=\"_blank\">The submissions are judged by\u00a0industry executives and creatives.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Kebony team behind the creation and development of Design vs. Build include Roberts, who acted as host and producer; James Burniston, director of photography; and Kristian Alveo, graphic designer and photographer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.designvsbuild.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">The second episode of Design vs. Build, which tells the story of The Harland West Hollywood, is now streaming.<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kebony\u2019s North American marketing team received three separate\u00a0Telly Awards for 2020, according to Kebony U.S. Marketing Director Ben Roberts.
