The industry awards program is sponsored by\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/corporate.evonik.com\/en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Arkema<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.pu-additives.com\/en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Evonik<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cOur winners have completed some of our industry\u2019s absolute best work in spray foam and coatings,\u201d&nbsp;says Denny Vandewater, owner of Sadler Coating Systems, SPFA past-president and chairman of the 2023 SPFA Awards Program. \u201cThese projects and contractors are an inspiration to us all.\u201d&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The awards program recognizes stellar projects representing best practices in seven categories: Commercial Enclosure SPF; Residential Enclosure SPF; Roof SPF Less Than 40,000 Square Feet; Roof SPF Over 40,000 Square Feet; SPF Specialty Applications; SPF Concrete Lifting; and Elastomeric Roof Coatings. The SPF Concrete Lifting category is a new category introduced this year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The winners and runners up of the 17<sup class=\"\">th<\/sup>&nbsp;Annual SPFA National Industry Excellence Awards include:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Polyseal Insulation with supplier Huntsman Building Solutions for Fort Yukon LRRS Barracks (WINNER \u2013 Commercial Enclosure SPF)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Homeco Insulation Inc. with suppliers BASF and International Cellulose Corp. for Fort Snelling Upper Post Flats-Phase 1 (Runner up \u2013 Commercial Enclosure SPF)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Peak Spray Foam Insulation with suppliers Natural Polymers LLC and IDI for Stowman (WINNER \u2013 Residential Enclosure SPF)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Spray All with supplier Huntsman Building Solutions for Tibbot House (Runner up \u2013 Residential Enclosure SPF)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wedge Roofing with supplier Cal Roofing Supply for Napa County Vineyard (WINNER \u2013 Roof SPF Less Than 40,000 Square Feet)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Central Coating Company with supplier National Coatings Company for Bay Area Luxury Apartments (Runner up \u2013 Roof SPF Less Than 40,000 Square Feet)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>West Roofing Systems with supplier SWD for Sharpsville Container (WINNER \u2013 Roof SPF Over 40,000 Square Feet)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Draper Construction &amp; Commercial Roofing, Inc. with supplier Everest Systems for Southgate Shopping Center (Runner up \u2013 Roof SPF Over 40,000 Square Feet)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Midwest Spray Foam Insulation with suppliers Foam Direct and Conklin for Hawkins Chemical (WINNER \u2013 SPF Specialty Applications)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Polyseal Insulation LLC with supplier HMI for Port of Whittier Dolphin Cell Repair (WINNER \u2013 Concrete Lifting)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wedge Roofing with supplier Cal Roofing Supply for Hotel Healdsburg (WINNER \u2013 Elastomeric Roof Coatings)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>West Roofing Systems, Inc. and supplier Progressive Materials for New Covert Generating \u2013 Pumphouse Wall Coating (Runner up \u2013 Elastomeric Roof Coatings)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>SPFA also awarded two grand prizes this year, each for $5,000. West Roofing Systems and Midwest Spray Foam Insulation were both drawn from a hat of all of this year\u2019s winners and will each receive a local digital marketing package worth $5,000.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe want to congratulate all of our winners,\u201d says Rick Duncan, executive director of SPFA. \u201cEach of these contractors have done an incredible job demonstrating what can be achieved with spray foam and elastomeric coatings.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The annual awards are an integral part of SprayFoam 2023 Convention &amp; Expo, the nation\u2019s largest annual event dedicated to spray polyurethane foam.
