The rankings are based on&nbsp;publicly available data, interviews with HR professionals, and an anonymous online survey of a diverse pool of employees at companies with 1,000 or more employees in the United States. Criteria for employee surveys were based on&nbsp;corporate culture and working environment, among others.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Holcim Building Envelope earned the maximum equality score of five stars on the list of America\u2019s Greatest Workplaces for Women, one of only 13 American companies categorized as \u201cIndustrial Products\/Industrial Machinery\u201d to receive the top score. The rankings stem from a survey of more than 37,000 female employees on criteria like compensation and benefits, work-life balance, and proactive management of a diverse workforce.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cAt Holcim, we are built by our people and enriched by the talent and diversity of a highly skilled workforce,\u201d says Jamie Gentoso, president, Holcim Building Envelope. \u201dWe draw our strength from hiring people from various backgrounds and experiences that help cultivate a culture of inclusion. Holcim is committed to creating opportunities for ALL individuals.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Holcim Building Envelope shares the goal of Holcim, its parent company, to further increase gender inclusivity and diversity in its workforce. The 2025 target is for women to comprise at least 25 percent of senior management, an increase from the current 14 percent.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThis is a tremendous achievement for our company and our industry.
