YKK AP America, a technology-oriented manufacturer of commercial facade systems and residential doors and windows, announced it is an official sponsor of NASCAR driver Akinori Ogata.
“We’re incredibly excited to team up with Akinori Ogata for the 2023 racing season,” says Oliver Stepe, president and CEO of YKK AP America. “YKK AP was the first-ever Japanese facades manufacturer to come to the United States, and through hard work and perseverance, our business has continued to thrive. We feel strongly that Mr. Ogata possesses these same shared values as he continues on his journey to becoming the first Japanese race car driver to compete in the Daytona 500. We look forward to coming along for the ride.”
“As we kick off the 2023 racing season, I’m honored to add a brand like YKK AP America to my lineup,” says Ogata. “Our partnership together will allow me the opportunity to grow my brand, reaching a wider audience and helping to continue to fulfill my dream of winning at NASCAR.”
