Marvin Windows and Doors’ introduces Sliding Door Automatic Control (SDAC) to its Ultimate Multi-Slide Door line.
SDAC answers the need for large doors that can be opened and closed from a distance. Homeowners can choose to operate the door from a wall switch or via remote control. The automatic control is available on all four Ultimate Multi-Slide Door configuration options: bi-parting pocket, bi-parting stacked, uni-directional pocket, and uni-directional stacked.
This automated option comes on Ultimate Multi-Slide Doors in extremely large sizes: up to 47 feet wide and 11 feet high in the bi-parting configuration and up to 39 feet wide and 11 feet high in the uni-directional configuration.
The SDAC Ultimate Multi-Slide Door option is factory prepped for easy installation by a building professional at the job site. The SDAC runs on a 100-volt motor system and has a battery-powered wireless motion sensor for safety. To coordinate with décor, the interior wall switch option is available in white, ivory, almond or black.
Marvin’s Ultimate Multi-Slide Door is smooth to operate. Narrow stiles and rails, the door features a flush sill that meets ADA threshold criteria, a multi-point lock for extra security, and meets a 0.28 U-factor with IG dual pane glass.
