Continuing to expand its distribution footprint in the U.S., Rugby Architectural Building Products has announced the official grand opening of its distribution facility in Eastvale, Calif. Completed in Q1 2018, the Class A warehouse/distribution building is located at 6330 Providence Way, in the Inland Empire West submarket.
The 51,938-square-foot building is situated on 2.46 acres and its features include LED warehouse lighting; ESFR sprinkler systems; 30-foot minimum warehouse clearance with dock-high and grade level loading; secured truck courts and car parking. The location has regional transportation links and proximity to a large population base, ideal for Rugby, which has continued to expand in the Greater Los Angeles/Inland Empire markets to fulfill delivery needs and customer demand.
The Rugby distribution facility coincides with the retirement of Dick Brice, a 37-year veteran of the company. Mr. Brice closed out the old facility and ushered in the new facility with a new general manager and industry veteran at the helm, Ty Hindman. “We are pleased to announce our move to the Eastvale, Calif., location. We feel this location is what we need to move forward with an efficient buying experience. We are ramping up our will call service and we feel the location closer to major Freeway access. Feel free to call or stop by and experience the Southern California Rugby,” says Ty Hindman, general manager of Rugby Eastvale.
The building is part of The Campus, an industrial project with campus-style workplace design, landscaping and walking trails and future retail amenities. Located in Inland Empire West with proximity to the I-15, SR-60, SR-71 and SR-91 Freeways.
