Armstrong World Industries Completes Separation of Its Flooring Business

Armstrong World Industries Inc. announced it has completed the separation of its flooring business. As a result of the separation, Armstrong World Industries and Armstrong Flooring Inc. will operate as two independent, publicly-traded companies. AWI will continue its focus on the manufacture and sale of integrated ceiling solutions for every space, while growing its diverse product portfolio, including sustainable mineral fiber, fiberglass, wood, metal and specialty ceilings, as well as walls and grid systems.
