All Weather Insulated Panels (AWIP) has introduced a new nationwide business development team designed to support architects in the specification of AWIP insulated wall, roof and roof deck systems.
The company has tabbed three industry professionals—Kira Rogatnik, Cindy McDonald and Chandlar Austin—to lead its new effort. Rogatnik and McDonald combine to bring over 45 years of business development experience to AWIP and will lead the department as senior business development managers, while Austin will provide support in a business development manager role.
“At All Weather Insulated Panels, we’re committed to a customer-first approach to provide exceptional service with a national presence,” says AWIP President Natalia Rizzatti. “Our new business development team will help to further this mission, as Kira, Cindy and Chandlar bring a wealth of industry insights and experience to our team.”
Rogatnik joins AWIP after working as a business development manager at an IMP manufacturer for over a decade, where she worked closely with architects, engineers and design build firms. She also previously worked as a sales territory manager for an architectural products company, where she initiated sales growth and gained recognition as the top performer among a 40-person national sales group for achievements in driving and exceeding company goals.
McDonald also comes to AWIP from an IMP manufacturer, where she spent the last five years as a business development manager working alongside architects, engineers, owners and specifiers of all types. Prior to her tenure there, she spent over a decade for a paint and coating manufacturing company. Her 20-plus years of business development and sales experience within the architectural and industrial markets include metal panels as well as fire proofing, linings, heavy industrial protective coatings as well as architectural paint.
Austin joins the AWIP business development team after recently attaining his Master of Architecture from Iowa State University. He spent the last several months as an architectural design intern at RMH Architects where he supported client and project teams.
“Our new business development team provides a wide range of valuable skill sets,” says Rizzatti. “Kira and Cindy’s experience, not only in business development and sales, but specifically within the metal panel business, provide our team with valuable leadership and experience. Meanwhile, Chandlar’s architectural education provide him with a unique perspective for this new position.”
Since its inception in 2007, AWIP has grown to include three continuous line production facilities across the United States in California, Arkansas and Pennsylvania, and each of the new team members will be responsible for those specific regions.
