Boston Valley Terra Cotta is pleased to announce a significant change in its executive leadership team. After an extensive search process, Boston Valley has appointed Laura Rygielski as its new CEO. Concurrently, the former president and CEO, John Krouse, has shifted to the position of Chairman of the Board.
The appointment of Laura Rygielski as CEO marks a new chapter in Boston Valley’s history. Laura’s background as a sales and operations executive with large global companies makes her ideally positioned to guide the company through a period of transformation, growth, and innovation.
Most recently, Rygielski served as president of Trex Commercial Products and CEO of Sightline Commercial Solutions. Her extensive experience in financials, operations, sales, project delivery, and Human Resources will bring disciplined processes to Boston Valley. She has a proven track record of profitable business growth in a challenging market environment and is well-known for consistently delivering results that outperform the market. Boston Valley is confident that Rygielski’s leadership will propel the company to new heights.
In the role of Chairman of the Board, John Krouse will continue to provide invaluable insights and guidance to the company. As a highly respected figure in the Architectural Terra Cotta industry, Krouse will leverage his experience to support Rygielski’s leadership and contribute to the strategic vision of Boston Valley Terra Cotta. Krouse will also serve as an advisor for the annual Architectural Ceramic Assemblies Workshop (ACAW), which he founded in 2016.
