Clean Burn has released its Clean Burn Model CB-140, the smallest and most economical Clean Burn used-oil furnace in terms of initial cost. It produces approximately 140,000 Btu per hour and is ideal for small garages, shops and workspaces. It can burn used Crankcase, ATF, Hydraulic #2, #4 and #5 fuel oils.

The furnace is engineered from the ground up to burn waste oils. Its patented heat exchanger generates more heat and unique non-welded flue tubes provide longer service life. An advanced burner preheats oil, regulates and optimizes combustion. A swing-away burner and door make maintenance and service easy.

For example, Criswell Auto Group typically recycles as many as 15,000 gallons of waste oil each year in their eight Clean Burn waste oil furnaces. The group is now saving more than $50,000 on heating bills each year by converting the used motor oil collected at their eight Maryland auto dealerships into free heat.

There are more than 90,000 Clean Burn functional furnaces and boilers located throughout the world that burn millions of gallons of waste oil each year on-site, at the point of generation.
