New LG Split Rooftop Dedicated Outdoor Air System (DOAS) features a factory-installed Energy Recovery Wheel, refrigerant heat recovery section and exhaust air secondary heat recovery coil for conditioning outside air while maximizing energy efficiency, providing building occupants with a comfortable environment and improved indoor air quality.

Good for retrofitting existing buildings, key applications for LG Split Rooftop DOAS include hotels, schools (kindergarten through 12th grade and higher education), condo buildings, assisted living facilities, office buildings and more. Featuring three separate filter sections with factory-installed Minimum Efficiency Reporting Value (MERV) 8 filters, LG’s Split Rooftop DOAS helps engineers, contractors, facility managers and building owners meet the increasing demand for improved indoor air quality by conditioning outdoor air, as needed.
Packed with energy-saving features, like Energy Recovery Wheels for preconditioning the entering air, secondary energy recovery coils for extracting energy from air on the exhaust side of the energy recovery wheel and inverter compressor technology, LG Split Rooftop DOAS boasts an energy-efficiency rating of 7.5 ISMRE AHRI 920 Standard rating, which exceeds the minimum 5.2 ISMRE rating requirement. Moreover, inverter compressors of the remote outdoor unit are capable of reacting to changing outdoor air conditions, operating at slower/faster speeds as needed, resulting in energy-usage savings compared to conventional on and off functioning compressors.
