Five leading players in the energy, engineering, insurance and health-care sectors are the latest companies to invest in a new way to build their interior spaces. DIRTT Environmental Solutions has received letters of intent and contracts to design, manufacture and install its prefabricated, modular and sustainable interior construction solutions totaling more than $12 million.
The five projects in various regions of North America are with two companies in the energy sector, an engineering and project management specialist, a leading health-insurance provider and the ninth project for a state-of-the-art hospital in Saudi Arabia. Three of the projects are scheduled to be delivered in Q1 and Q2 2014. The other projects will be ordered in phases throughout 2014 and into 2015.
“These wins reflect the growing recognition that DIRTT’s approach to building better is good for business in any sector, anywhere,” says CEO Mogens Smed. “DIRTT’s use of our proprietary ICE software technology revolutionizes interior construction. It shows the customer clearly, and in detail, what they are getting and how much it will cost. Our fully customized solutions give customers exactly what they want without additional charges. We manufacture and deliver solutions faster, cleaner and more efficiently than traditional construction. That’s a win across the board for the customer.”
