Magic-Pak has expanded its M Series thru-the-wall heating and cooling unit line with new hydronic-ready units. Available with efficiency ratings up to 9 EER—hydronic-ready models give building designers the flexibility they need to meet local requirements for energy efficiency.

These new models are compatible with many hydronic heating coils in the heating and cooling market. Building designers have the flexibility to pair the hot water coil with any hot-water source, whether it’s a standard hot-water tank or an instantaneous hot-water source, offering significant savings to building owners and residents alike.

Ideal for the multifamily apartments and condominiums, M Series units offer several cooling efficiency options to reduce electric consumption and low sound levels that ensure quiet operation. In addition, M Series units feature a small footprint to minimize space in a mechanical room or closet, a small wall opening requirement and a variety of louver options and color choices that blend seamlessly with contemporary design standards.

M Series units are backed by more than 40 years of experience in multifamily applications by Magic-Pak. Product warranties include a five-year limited warranty on parts, a 10-year warranty on the aluminized heat exchanger and a 20-year warranty on the stainless-steel heat exchanger. A five-year limited warranty on parts is offered for heat-pump models.

Allied Air Enterprises Inc. has six brands, Armstrong Air, AirEase, Concord, Ducane, Allied Commercial and Magic-Pak to give distributors and dealers the ultimate source for residential and commercial heating and cooling systems.
