Per customer preference, Shannon & Waterman crafts its floors with planks of common width for more formal applications or random widths for an authentic, historically inspired aesthetic. This combined with the long plank lengths creates wood floors that serve as ideal backdrops for residential design. The sales and fulfillment process is carried out by Shannon & Waterman’s team of wood flooring consultants who provide regional representation for the brand nationwide.
The company is led by its namesakes Jack Shannon and Todd Waterman. Shannon and Waterman are industry professionals with complementary experience and expertise. Shannon is at the helm of a multi-generational sawmill company based in Horn Lake, Miss., that owns and manages old growth forests. Waterman is a renowned sales and marketing professional in the wide plank flooring industry who’s provided custom floors for some of America’s most notable homes and commercial spaces. The two professionals have joined forces to create a niche in the custom wide plank flooring arena: “affordable luxury.”
