Otis Elevator Co., a unit of United Technologies Corp., has launched a mobile application for its eService online customer service platform. This new mobile application will provide Otis service customers with instant access to open service calls, elevator performance data and service call logging from a smartphone in select markets.

Designed with busy building owners and managers in mind, the app is an extension of Otis’ popular eService platform; an online performance-based repository that allows Otis customers to place service requests, view maintenance data, receive real-time updates on open service calls and more. The new app will give Otis customers the ability to use most of eService’s features on their smartphones or tablets and is included as an additional service to any Otis maintenance contract with no additional charge.

The app is available to iPhone and Android smartphone users in iTunes and Google Play.
