LSI Industries has launched a commercial-grade, modular high bay (MHB) luminaire for gymnasiums, light industrial and warehousing applications. The fixtures are manufactured in America and compliant with the Buy American Act.

The MHB is a compact fixture that is ideal for both wide spaces and narrow aisle high bay applications. Individual fixtures can be factory-joined with a second MHB unit to produce outputs ranging from 12,000 to 60,000 lumens. At 160 lumens per watt, the MHB is an energy-efficient high bay luminaire. In addition, the fixture is compliant with California’s Title 24 energy conservation requirements, and it is configured to meet Design Lights Consortium (DLC) premium standards – allowing customers to qualify for energy rebates.
The MHB is compatible with LSI’s Bluetooth sensor and configuration app for mobile devices. When paired with the sensor, facility supervisors and others responsible for property management, can use their smart phones to program their lights using the LSI mobile app. This allows users to set time delays and cutoff times, as well as adjust the sensitivity for motion detection and enable/disable the photocell. In addition, the app allows users to create sensor profiles, easing set up and the ability to manage multiple fixtures that share the same parameters. MHB high bay fixtures can be mounted using standard Y-hangers, as well as optional chain, cable or single (pendant) mono-point suspension accessories. Depending on configuration, these luminaires can be shipped within 10 business days after an order is placed. Product specifications and data sheets are available in the products section of the website.
