According to the U.S. Census Bureau’s 2019 Survey of Construction, the average time to build a single-family home has increased more than 15 percent since 2014, from seven months to 8.1 months.
Hosted by Simpson Strong-Tie builder and technology experts Scott Lang and David Carnes, the two-part live webinar series will be tailored to help builders learn how estimating software can help them get houses on the market faster, and will showcase the module-based functionality in Pipeline builder software, including its Cloud Dynamic Estimating Module, Costing Module, and Purchasing Module.
