Unico Inc., a manufacturer of small-duct, high-velocity central heating and air-conditioning systems, announced that the company has been awarded a GSA (U.S. General Services Administration) Multiple Award Schedule 56-B contract. The contract certifies Unico’s small-duct, high-velocity HVAC Unico System can be sold to the federal government.
With the award of the Schedule 56 contract, government agencies can now obtain fair and reasonable approved pricing for Unico’s American-made products. Federal officials value these schedules as a means of procuring goods and services, knowing that companies on GSA Schedules have been qualified by GSA.
“As a veteran-owned small business, Unico is proud that the Unico System products and services will now be available to the Department of Defense, as well as many other government agencies,” says Shawn Intagliata, president of Unico.
