Armstrong’s FastSize program offers made-to-order, factory-finished ceiling panels and suspension systems in one-carton minimums.

Armstrong Ceiling & Wall Systems has introduced FastSize, a new program that offers the opportunity to specify made-to-order, factory-finished ceiling panels and suspension systems in one-carton minimums. The new program helps ensure a finished ceiling visual by eliminating inconsistent field-modified panels and grid.

FastSize ceiling panels and suspension systems are ideal for projects where building modules are not standard or where narrow linear fixtures or diffusers are used. These types of installations typically require cuts for ceiling panels and custom routed suspension systems around lights and diffusers. The introduction of the FastSize program ensures crisp, clean factory-finished panels and suspension systems throughout a project.

FastSize products are available in a variety of Armstrong product lines, including Ultima, Optima, Optima Capz, Cirrus ceiling panels, and Prelude and Suprafine suspension systems.

Made-to-order ceiling panels range in size from 4- to 48-inches long and 4- to 120-inches wide, while suspension systems range from 36 to 144 inches for main beams and 6 to 144 inches for cross tees. Suspension systems ship in two weeks; ceiling panels ship in three weeks. A one-carton minimum is all that is required for panels or grid.
