One of the most valuable aspects of the portal is a direct connection to the experts: a knowledgeable Architectural Design Support team, in-house technical experts, and product representatives. With the click of a mouse, architects and designers can gain design insight and critical architectural problem-solving support based on more than 100 years of combined building industry experience. This feature allows users to select a product from a scroll-down menu and choose options such as manual or motorized operation or locking mechanisms. Users enter project information such as the building opening’s size, wall construction material and guide mounting. The Drawing Generator takes this information and produces AutoCAD drawings showing exact door clearances as well as mounting and wall details. A private link to custom drawings is emailed to the user from the Drawing Generator.
